In proof that women really can do it all, a single mother of three is making headlines after she recently graduated from UCLA with three (!!!) degrees. Wow, talk about AMAZING!
By the age of 22, Deanna Jordan already had three sons to take care of. But the young mom was determined to set an example for her boys to follow. So the now 28-year-old became the first in her family to ever go to college, attending West Los Angeles Community College for two years before transferring to UCLA, where she spend three-and-a-half years. In that time, Jordan earned two bachelor's degrees AND a master's. OK, this is one seriously kickass lady.

In addition to earning her degrees in African-American studies, the mom also somehow found time to become co-founder of the Compton Pipeline Taskforce to help mentor children in troubled cities. My god, and I thought my week was busy.
Now Jordan, who also works in the Compton mayor's office, plans on taking a year off before heading to law school. She plans on becoming a district attorney.
What a truly inspiring woman. She's like a real-life Superwoman! It's truly incredible that she has never let anything get in the way of her pursuing her dreams. Jordan proves to her three boys and everyone else that anything really is possible. Her kids are so lucky to have a role model like her! And it's clear this is only the beginning. Congrats to Jordan on all of her already incredible accomplishments!
