One of the many joys of being a parent is that my children teach me as much if not more than I teach them. In many ways, children have their priorities straight. They put importance on things that really are important and don't sweat the other stuff. They know how to be happy and being happy is a top priority. Sure you can just look at them and laugh and then go right back to making your same old boring to-do lists, but what I suggest is that you absorb the wisdom of these children and put yourself and your joys on the list.
