Every school should have teachers that can bust a move like this one! (VIDEO)

Plenty of school administrators say that they like engaging with students, but few do so as awesomely as the man in this video did. In a hilariously adorable clip taken at Chicago's Whitney M. Young High School, a high school kid challenges his dean to a dance-off, right there in the school hallway!

The video shows a teenager showing off some serious moves in the hallway as a group of student gathers around him and cheers him on. Suddenly, the dean steps into the middle of circle…and breaks out into riverdance! AMAZING!

Meanwhile, the students–who definitely did not expect that kind of response–appear slightly taken aback before erupting into loud cheers and hysterical roaring laughter.

I LOVE that! How often do you see such a genuine, down-to-earth interaction between a dean and his students? I wish the administrators at my school were as easygoing and funny as that! I think that would have made me way more excited about going to class.

But his decision to dance isn't just awesome, it's smart. He obviously just scored some major cool points with all of those teens…which makes them way more likely to listen to him in the future.
