Since giving birth, Khloe has been giving her fans updates about her workout routine on her app, Khloe With a K, and on social media. Now, her trainer Coach Joe did a Q&A and revealed their exact plan to get the TV personality to look and feel exactly how she wants to. Take a look to see what Khloe's fitness routine will be.
Khloe shared her excitement to get her body back!
"It's been so great being back in the gym with my trainer. I'm so motivated to get my body back and I'm feeling stronger every day—and getting closer to my goal!" the Good American founder wrote on her app. "Coach Joe's already shared all the details about my first post-baby workout, and now he's back to give you guys an update about our fitness strategy."
She continued: "You know I like to go into things with a plan and I definitely have a lot of work ahead, but I'm pumped!"
Khloe has a clear goal in mind.
Coach Joe revealed that her aim is to get back to looking how she did in the trailer video for season 14 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which aired in September 2017. Having a specific goal in mind is helpful when trying to get back in shape, the fitness guru shared. "She's strong enough to find this motivation in herself and it helps that she knows what she wants!" he said.
The pair are focusing on full body workouts.
While most people would focus on tightening their tummies or hitting the squat rack, Khloe will be focusing on doing total body workouts. "The goal right now is not about just one body part or gaining muscle, but more to reconnect with her body, so we're not dedicating a day to a specific part," the coach said.
She's taking care of her whole body at once.
Instead, the reality TV star will be doing cardio day on Monday, and then full body workouts Tuesday through Sunday adding a bit of cardio on those days as well.
The fitness expert also teased that Khloe's workouts will soon get more intense.
Khloe has been living in Ohio, where her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers. The trainer teased that he'll turn things up a notch when she heads back to her home in California. "The first month was mostly a reconnection with her body. Of course, she wants to focus on her abs and butt, but right now is more of a preparation for what we're going to do once she's back in LA," the coach said. "Then we can start all the serious work!"
She previously shared her low-carb meal plan on her app.
She said she eats one tablespoon of jam and one tablespoon of almond butter in the morning for fuel before her workouts. "It has lots of protein, so I'm able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I'm never hungry because I'm always eating," she shared. After the gym, she has two eggs, a cup of oatmeal and a cup of berries and snacks on vegetables like cherry tomatoes throughout the day. For dinner she has an eight-ounce piece of fish with four ounces of sweet potatoes.
She's already seeing results!
Since giving birth to baby True on April 12, the new mama is already seeing improvements in her body. Although she revealed it's tricky to find the time to squeeze in a workout while taking care of a newborn, it looks like her hard work is quickly paying off.
Khloe is no stranger to getting back into shape.
The Revenge Body host began focusing on her physical health in 2014, while she was having marital issues with then-husband Lamar Odom. She opened up about her transformation in a lengthy Instagram post where she said her drastic change started from within. "I needed to heal myself from the inside out. Once I started putting myself first, everything started falling into place," she shared along with a before and after pic. "My life transformed a few years ago when I made the decision to stop existing and start living."
