For years there's been this misconception that in order to be healthy, you have to be slim. Now is when we're finally straying away from that mentality and understanding that you can't tell how healthy someone is just by looking at them. Studies have shown that heavier people are not necessarily at greater risk of developing or dying from heart disease or cancer, compared to someone with a "normal weight."
