Graham claims she gained all the weight back in 2009, when she became pregnant with her first child. “I used to go days without food. I fainted countless times and was hospitalized twice and had a feeding tube,” she told Us Weekly regarding her eating disorder days. “When I found out I was expecting my first son, I finally gave myself permission to eat what I wanted. I reassured myself that the weight would fall off once I had my son, but it didn’t.” Here’s how she looked two months into her health and fitness journey. You can already see a lot of progress.

She shows even more progress a few weeks after that.

This is super hard to post … I haaaate my stomach. Few weeks difference. Same shorts. Please excuse the terribly fitting bra haha,” she captioned this photo. You can already notice a much flatter tummy here.

Her jeans no longer fit within a few months.

“I bought these at the beginning of this summer and they were so tight that I had to use a hair elastic to keep them fastened because buttoning them was just TOO tight! Definitely a non- scale victory,” she captioned this photo.

She lost almost 50 pounds in a matter of months.

It wasn’t easy, but within a couple of months Graham went from 245.8 to 199.6 pounds.

Even her face changed after the weight-loss.

Tried to get the same face angle … I know I missed face2face Friday so how about selfie2selfie Sunday?” she captioned this photo.

She started developing a lot more body confidence.

Posting pictures of her stomach was a huge challenge for Graham, but the more she kept at her weight-loss plan, the more comfortable she became with her body. “Taking alllloooootttt for me to post this. While I hate my stomach, I am SO grateful for it,” she wrote. “It has grown two beautiful boys and each and every stretch mark is proof of that.”

Her waist got significantly slimmer.

This is proof that with hard work, anyone can lose weight. You just have to be committed.

She can’t even fit into her old clothes.

Size 18. I posted these before for a comparison, but it’s been a while so I broke these bad boys out again,” she captioned this photo. "When I bought these in May (or June?) they were so tight that I used a hair elastic to keep them fastened.”

Then she went down to a size 10.

Throwback/New lulu’s! Size 10. Part of my Christmas present from my husband. Whipped them out a bit early because my other leggings are baggy now,” she wrote.

She did occasionally gain weight along the way.

Even when she would pick up weight during her health journey, Graham always made sure to remind herself where she started.“Doing a different kind of comparison. I needed this reminder to myself today … I gained a few “pounds” eating a ton of food on Valentine’s Day (no regrets) and have been feeling a bit frustrated that it’s taking longer than I expected it would to come back off,” she wrote. “Reminding myself that the scale is just a number and that taking a day off here and there is completely necessary. Also reminding myself that an occasional day off is NOT going to undo all of the work I’ve put into changing my body so far.”

Lammily even made a doll after her.

Seriously, how awesome is this?!

Her body has been through a lot of changes.

Before struggling with obesity, Graham battled with eating disorders. “Crying at both of these sides of the spectrum, thinking I was destined to have an unhealthy relationship with food for the rest of my life. Feeling hopeless. I felt like I was destined to either eat way too little or to eat too much, indefinitely,” she captioned this photo.

Look how far she’s come.
