What is lactose? Lactose is a sugar found in milk and it requires the enzyme lactase to break it down.
What is NIDO® Lacto-Ease? NIDO ® Lacto-Ease is specifically formulated for children ages 3-5 during the preschool years. It offers a reduced amount of lactose compared to the rest of the NIDO range of products. NIDO Lacto-Ease product has 75% reduced lactose. It provides an excellent source of calcium and good source of vitamin D for bone growth. It also provides vitamins A, C, B6, iron and zinc to help support a healthy immune system.
