Elizabeth Gutierrez is giving us serious body envy. The 37-year-old star is in the best shape of her life and is giving us the lowdown on how she achieves her toned figure. The videos are dubbed with Beyonce's hit song, "Diva," which will instantly get you inspired to start working out. Gutierrez wrote: "My mind says nooooo but my booty my arms my legs my stomach say yes pleaseeeeeeeee!!!" That's how I feel almost every day, but I don't do anything about it! Gutierrez starts by doing reps of squats while standing on dumbbells. She's also seen working out her arms with light weights and doing even more squats. Ouch!
My ideal self would love to try out these workout moves, but I rather eat ice cream. Please don't judge me. Sometimes, I still manage to convince myself to hit the gym and I never regret it. It's just a matter of getting there. Gutierrez doesn't lack motivation and loves dancing even after a workout. Why does she have to rub it in?!
Those squats look like torture, but she sure seems happy about it.
