Not all moms lose weight with breastfeeding

Women burn more calories while breastfeeding, but that doesn't mean all new moms will lose weight fast because of it. Don't feel bad if you don't see the pounds dropping instantly.
Going to the gym right away should be avoided

After giving birth, it's recommended that you refrain from strenuous physical activity for at least a month. Take it easy, spend time with your baby and allow your body to recover.

You'll probably still look pregnant after giving birth, but that's totally normal! It takes several weeks for your uterus to shrink back to normal size.

Wearing a faja could help

Waist-training or rocking a faja could help heal your abdominal muscles quicker. Make sure you talk to your doctor before strapping one on.
You still have cravings after childbirth

You may not be pregnant anymore, but those cravings are still a real thing! The important thing is to listen to your body and eat healthy foods.
Patience is key

The fact is that we aren't walking a red carpet or going on a photo-shoot a few weeks after giving birth. Don't give yourself the pressure that a celeb has! Take your time and put your health first.
Weight loss also depends on this

How much post-pregnancy weight you lose also depends on how much weight you gain throughout your pregnancy. Set realistic expectations.
