
Gaby Espino is helping us get into shape just in time for bikini season! The Venezuelan mom of two looks better than ever and owes her toned physique to fitness trainer Cesar Alfonzo. I love that the single mom is making herself a priority and inspiring other women to do the same. Espino, who launched her own site in February, is sharing fitness tips and tricks to get a body just like hers. I personally love exercises that I could try right at home. It's nice to know I can sweat, cry and grunt through all of my squats and sit-ups in the comfort and peace of my own space. The best part is that you don't get any judgemental stares! Espino has just the moves to get our pompis back into shape without having to hit the gym.
In the video, Espino takes to the beach with Alfonzo for a series of leg and booty exercises that really work. I mean, if you take one look at Espino you know that she's doing something right! She looks amazing. The trick to it all is a TRX rope. Once suspended from a secure location, you can bend, squat and balance like a pro. The next step is all about repetition.
Having tried this myself, I can definitely say this is one of the best ways to tone your body fast. Espino makes me want to get back on the rope as soon as possible. You have to see her moves for a perfect booty!
