I've to admit, Gaby Espino has been looking better than ever! The Venezuelan actress split from her partner JenCarlos Canela last year and the single mother of two isn't taking any steps backwards. Lucky for us, she's spreading the self love and showing us how she stays toned and fabulous. During one of her recent sessions with her trainer, Espino made sure to hit the record button to show us how she gets that amazing booty. You seriously don't want to miss this.

Espino's trick is to use a fitness band to form resistance when she's doing her rep of squats. She makes it look easy! As the ambassador of Nestle's 14 day fitness challenge, Espino wants to inspire women to get back on track with their nutrition and fitness health.
"Like many working women, with a family and lots going on, I know how hard it can be to try to do it all while keeping nutrition in mind," she said. Espino's program asks to dedicate a few minutes of the day to fitness and try to eat fresh for two straight weeks.
I always feel better about myself after a workout. I don't get to hit the gym as often as I would like, but these challenges help push me to try my best during a short period of time. My motto is that something is better than nothing. It's also great to have Espino as inspiration! If she can have that booty after having kids then I shouldn't have any excuses.
