You lost a lot of weight and your skin is sagging. Your belly, legs and breast are covered with stretch marks and you are not feeling happy about it. You may need plastic surgery my friend, it's part of the deal. Your skin won't shrink back magically.

Accept the new you

It might take a while for you to accept the "new you." Just like having a major plastic surgery, women who lose a lot of weight go through the period of acceptance. The person looking back at the mirror is not the same one you know and embracing her might be a struggle.

New wardrobe

This could be fun, but also expensive! Some women feel frustrated because they can't buy all they want to dress their new bodies and they have to wear their oversized clothes. Invest in a pair of jeans, a black dress and a jacket of your new size first, and then buy the rest slowly.

Embrace new friendship

You lost a lot of weight and now you are getting all the attention and your other girlfriends don't like that. Your friends are jealous of the way you look and you feel the tension. You might have to get out of that circle and find new friends. It's common!

The fat girl inside you

This phrase is common and you probably heard it from celebrities with big weight loss transformations. It takes a while to stop thinking "fat girl" and start thinking "skinny girl". Some new "thin" girls still see themselves as "fat" and often fall into eating disorders if they can't make the connection.

You feel like a prisoner

You love the way you look, but you are afraid to gain all the weight back. Chances are that you'll become a food "hater." You start feeling like a prisoner on your own skin because you can't be free and eat what you want. You have specific "food rules" now that you can't let go. Relax, take control.

New beauty routine

You lost weight everywhere, including your face, and now you have wrinkles, dark circles and stains. You have to be prepared for that and invest in a new beauty routine. Say hello to facials and other pricey beauty methods to tighten your skin.

New partner

Just like someone who just got out of rehab, you need a support system. There's a high rate of divorce and breakups that follow weight loss transformations. If you don't feel supported and you have someone pushing you to fall into the bad behavior you had before, you need a new man.

New insecurities

You look awesome and you know it, but guess what? People will notice too. You'll have to hear lengthy comments about how wonderful you look and you'll question what those people thought about you before. It's normal, embrace it, don't feel insecure!

You are always cold

If you lost at least ten percent of your body mass, you'll experience a hormonal change. One of the biggest one is your body temperature. In other words, you'll feel cold all the time. Don't freak out, it's quite normal and it will go away once body its used to the new BMI.
