Stop stocking snacks
Most snacks are incredibly unhealthy and, bluntly put, fattening for you. Cravings don't stop especially when you know you have delicious cookies sitting right there on your counter. So the easiest way to stop snacking is to avoid buying them on your weekly grocery visit. If you suddenly find yourself craving salty chips, make a trip to the store then. Chances are you won't and that's exactly the point!
Start running when you have time
When you find that you have some extra time during your day, try to start running. Even if it is for 20 minutes, you will still burn calories. When you do it consistently, the lost pounds add up to a staggering weight loss.
Do some yoga
