Strawberries: Cut off the tops before heading out and pack them in a container to go. They're delicious and packed with plenty of vitamins and antioxidants. Plus, they contain a ton of water, which will help keep you hydrated!
Dry cereal: Instead of chips, opt for dry cereal. It has the same satisfying crunch, but delivers an extra boost of fiber and vitamins. Just make sure to choose a cereal low in sugar.
Trail mix: The ones sold in stores often contain tons of sugar and sodium, but you can make your own by throwing dried fruit, popcorn, dry cereal, almonds or other things you like together and packing them in individual baggies. Delicious and nutritious!
String cheese: A low-fat stick of string is only about 50 calories, but it's a great source of calcium and provides a nice energy boost. Plus, they already come individually wrapped and are easy to eat on the go!
Veggies: Carrot sticks, grape tomatoes, zucchini and squash strips, and edamame pods are all easy to travel with. Plus, you can dip them in 100-calorie packs of guacamole or hummus!
