Spring is here and with the new season comes allergies. You sneeze, itch, cough, and even get sore throats. You think one the flu season is over, you're in the clear, but sometimes allergies hit you and they are MUCH worse. I for one can tell you that allergies have affected my throat more so over the years and it sucks!

I grew up with remedios my abuela and mother would make me to soothe my sore throat and they really do work wonder. However, I learned there is an abundance of them out there that I never knew about!
If you're already suffering from the woes of allergies or are preparing yourself for the season, then you will need this list. In fact, these throat soothers can help you year round whether you have a sore throat due to climate change or because you are sick.
Don't enter allergy season without these remedios below!
Gargle with baking soda: In a glass of warm water, dissolve a half teaspoon of baking soda then gargle the solution. Another method is using salt instead of baking soda.
Honey and lemon: Mix the juice of half a lemon and teaspoon of honey with hot water to soothe your throat and reduce inflammation.
Apple cider vinegar: Add a teaspoon or two of organic raw apple cider vinegar to warm water. The acidity will kill germs and soothe your throat almost instantly.
Echinachea: This herb is known to kill viruses therefore load up on the tea or its extract and mix it in warm water. Gargle a few times a day for fast relief.
Garlic: This might sound awful, but sucking on garlic is sure to help get rid of your sore throat quickly. The root vegetable's contains allicin which helps kill bacteria
