We're already way into January of 2014, but I'm still reeling over the amazing weight loss transformations I witnessed in 2013. Everyone knows that losing weight is a tough task especially if you have over 100 pounds to lose. Not only does it take dedication, but a lot of willpower to continue even when you plateau.
If you've been making excuses not to lose weight this new year, then maybe these people will change your mind. The before and after pictures will blow you away and motivate you to get right on track!

It's refreshing to see the average man or woman successfully lose lots of weight without the perks of having a personal cook and trainer the way celebrities do. It shows that they worked hard to get to where they are now and deserve to reap the rewards that come with it. They honestly portray the difficulties they faced to drop the excess pounds no matter how long it took.
With all the temptations there are out there to eat junk food and be lazy, these people defeated those vices for their own well-being. One of the most impressive transformers happens to be a 77-year-old abuela, therefore you have NO excuse not to shape up this year. Another woman didn't even pay for a gym membership and lost all the weight while staying at home. That sounds ideal to me!
