Pumpkin Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 ripe banana
1/2 fat free vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
ice cubes
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredientes, except for the cinnamon and the ice cubes. Mix well.
2. Add the ice and crush until smoothie consistency.
3. Pour into a glass and top with cinnamon.
