Being a stripper probably takes a lot of coordination and a fit body in order to look good in the little they wear. Jennifer Aniston actually had to adhere to a strict "stripper diet" while shooting the film Meet the Millers in which she plays–take a wild guess–a stripper!
Although Aniston has a hot body to begin with, she had to take her diet to extremes if she intended on looking even better half-naked during the film. She told Access Hollywood that she ate lots of lean protein, veggies, and kale! Looks like it worked because the trailer shows an impressively toned and slimmer Aniston in stripper mode. And guess what? You too can follow the Stripper Diet!

Even though we aren't taking off our clothes to make a living, we are stripping down to go to pool parties and the beach. This means lots of swimsuit action and we want to try and look our best in a healthy way! Check out the diet below and be prepared to turn heads:
Avoid these beverages at all costs: Get rid of sodas, other fizzy drinks, coffee, and tea that can cause you to bloat and retain water. Instead drink lots of water to remain hydrated and cleanse your body. There's nothing cute about having a bloated belly if you're going to be prancing around half naked.
Eat alkaline foods: This requires a very vegetarian based diet loaded with fresh veggies, fruits, nuts and beans. Avoid processed foods, meats, and foods loaded with saturated fat and sugar because they are highly acidic. If you must eat meats, stick to lean cuts and make sure they are grilled.
Cut out simple carbohydrates: These include white breads, white rice, potatoes, pastries and other empty calorie foods. Stick to complex carbs such as veggies and fruits.
Eat five meals a day: Instead of eating three full meals a day, switch it up to five to maintain your metabolism going all day. This will keep you from caving in to cravings and keeps you satiated throughout the day.
Eat "good" fats: Foods such as salmon, avocado, nuts and olive oil contain unsaturated, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats are not only good for you, but are a must in a healthy diet.
