Has anyone else noticed how HOT Christina Aguilera has been looking lately? She wore a sheer crop top that revealed a relatively flat tummy and a super tight skirt that showed off her amazing looking legs. Definitely a few, the girl seems to struggle with weight fluctuations, which by the way is SUPER common. There's a number of things that can cause this from eating too many carbs and sugary foods, to yo-yo dieting, and even being constipated. The good news is there are definitely ways to keep this issue on check, but it takes some work. Check out a few of my tricks to help you keep the weight off at all times!

Avoid diets: Believe it or not, many people actually gain weight from dieting. Think about it: You starve yourself for months, just to go back to your regular food habits, so of course the pounds are going to come racing back. Yo-yo dieting can cause your body to go out of balance, hence the weight fluctuations. The trick is to try to adapt to a healthier way of eating instead. Try cutting down on the carbs and incorporate plenty of greens, fruits, lean proteins, and grains.

Reduce your portions: One of the easiest ways to gain weight is by eating large portions of food at a time. Instead of three full meals, have five small meals throughout the day. And remember you should be eating heavier earlier in the day and lighter closest to the hour you go to sleep.

Keep an exercise routine: It's just as important to keep an exercise routine as it is to eat healthy. If running on the tredmill doesn't seem to do it for you, don't stress! Look for workouts that you're actually going to look forward to doing. If you like dancing, maybe take up Zumba; if you're more into strengthening, maybe pilates is your best bet.

Stay away from sugary foods: If you have a sweet tooth, you might want to try putting your cravings on check. According to studies adults who actually decrease their sugar intake lose weight easier than those who don't. This includes certain sugar found in carbohydrates.
