Try the mushroom diet to lose the weight without losing your curves

It's not uncommon that during weight loss women's butts and breast sizes shrink along the way too, but the M-Plan diet promises to prevent that! Celebrities such as Kelly Osbourne and Katy Perry swear by the M-Plan, a diet which consists of replacing one meal a day with a mushroom infused dish.

The diet claims that in a matter of 14 days, you can drop up to a dress size, but STILL keep your sexy curves. You're probably wondering what it is about mushrooms that make them so great. Well, read on to find out!

The way the M-Plan works is that you are required to replace a lunchtime snack or dinner with a mushroom dish. Mushrooms are high in protein and fiber, but low in calories making it an ideal vegetable to eat in large quantities.

Nutritionist Jeannette Jackson tells the U.K.'s Daily Mail that mushrooms are perfect to prevent us from snacking throughout the day. "The dietary fiber in mushrooms helps promote good bowel function leaving you feeling more satisfied, so you won't go hungry again quickly," she explained.

Many celebrities have claimed that they have lost weight eating the veggie high in zinc, iron, and B vitamins on a daily basis. They also say it's how their hair, skin and nails stay healthy. Jackson mentions that she is aware that women want to lose weight but don't want to lose their boobs and butt, which makes mushrooms the ideal vegetable to eat.

The mushroom diet may help you lose weight and let you maintain the curves you want, but Jackson warns that it is more important to have a healthy, natural well-balanced diet as opposed to focusing on eating one vegetable. Sure its super powerhouse qualities make mushroom an excellent and cost effective food, but she warns that there is such thing as too much of a good thing.

Hmm, I enjoy eating mushrooms from time to time if they are seasoned a particular way, but eating them raw doesn't sound so appealing to me. I'm aware of the many nutritional benefits it provides, but is the M-Plan diet really worth trying? If you are really focused on losing weight but want to keep your boobs and booty this may be the perfect meal plan for you. I mean, the celebs who swear by it are the definition of svelte and curvy, so who knows, maybe it can work for you after all!
