This “hot” exercise trend is guaranteed to transform your body!

Thousands and thousands of people are able to transform their bodies with yoga. It's a fun effective workout that comes with many health benefits. But what if there's one simple change you can make to make yoga so much more effective? And what if that change helped you become healthy and HOT… guaranteed?

Well, it's simpler than you ever could have imagined. All you need to do is make that yoga HOT. I mean, literally hot. You want to perform your yoga activities in a hot temperature, ideally between96 and 100 degrees.

This "hot yoga" warms up your entire body. And it comes with so many incredible benefits. Read on to find out more!

First, it guarantees you're going to sweat more! And while that's not something you want happening on a first date, it's definitely something you want when you're exercising. I mean, that's the whole point.

Our skin is an amazing organ that many of us don't take advantage of. It can help to cleanse us of all the harmful toxins we take in each day. You can try to eat organic and avoid chemicals, but that'll only get you so far. We're exposed to so many toxins we can't avoid them all. They build up. But by forcing ourselves to sweat, we open up our pores and get rid of these harmful toxins.

Also, the added heat makes us more flexible. When you perform yoga in a hot room you're able to get a much better stretch from your muscles. Since you're loosened up so well, you also have a much lower chance of injuring yourself.

"Hot yoga" also gets more oxygen into your system. With any form of yoga, breathing is important. But when you're in the heated room, you really have to focus on your breathing. This drives more oxygen into your cells and gives your cardiovascular system a great workout. It also stimulates your immune system.

But while hot yoga is great for you, it's important you do it right. So follow these simple tips:

Make sure to breathe through your nose as much as possible. It helps with concentration.

Don't leave class unless it's absolutely necessary. The change in temperature can cause you to feel nauseous.

Bring a towel or two. You're going to sweat… a lot.

Make sure to bring water. You don't want to get dehydrated.

Don't eat two hours before your workout. It may cause nausea.

Limit your talking. It may distract others.

As long as you follow those tips, hot yoga can be an awesome experience! You should call your local fitness center and see if they're offering any classes. Because while I often promote working out at home, you don't want to have to set your thermostat to 100 degrees! I don't think the rest of your family would be too happy about that.

It's like the relaxation of a sauna combined with the effectiveness of yoga. It's a pretty incredible experience I highly recommend. And if you don't want to go through it alone, then share this article with a friend and see if they want to come to classes with you!
