This super easy weightloss tip will shock you!

Sometimes the best answers are the simplest ones. They stare us right in the face, but we overlook them because it seems too obvious. Because it seems too easy. And when it comes to losing fat, this is often the case.

See, there's no way around this. If you want to look and feel great, you need to exercise. The effects exercise has on your body are too many to list. It boosts your metabolism, improves your circulation, gives your skin a healthy glow, cuts down on stress and puts you in a great mood by increasing endorphins.

Nobody would argue that. But when I tell people to exercise, they always have a list of excuses…

"I don't have the time," or "I hate going to the gym," or, the best one, "I get tired too fast."

We all make these excuses from time to time. And I understand. But we often make exercising way more complicated and intimidating than it has to be. Although I encourage the gym, you don't have to go. __There's a simple exercise you can do anywhere and everywhere that will still get the job done–__and it's something you already know how to do. In fact, you've been doing it your entire life.

I'm talking about walking!

Just think about how your life changed as a baby once you learned how to take that first step; walking can be your first step towards becoming a slim and sexy version of yourself. It's a great habit that certainly adds up. I know when I first got started, I was too intimidated to go to the gym, so I began going for a walk after gym every night. And I made sure to keep it up every night. Each time I did it, it became easier and easier.

I was able to walk further distances with less effort. And then I found ways to increase the intensity to make it even more effective. And by following these simple guidelines, you'll be able to get the maximum fat-burning from your walks:

Tense your abs the entire time. Walking can be a great way to tone your midsection if you do it right. Make sure to keep your abs contracted the entire time. This really engages the muscles. By actively tightening your abs while walking, you really work the muscles. I give this habit the credit for the abs I have now.

Keep your butt squeezed.  Besides your belly, walking also works wonders for your butt. Make sure to keep those muscles squeezed as you walk. It's a great way to strengthen them and you'll notice the results very quickly.

Keep your shoulders back. By keeping your shoulders back, you're training your body to keep great posture. This has several benefits. First, it better aligns your body, so you get to work the right muscles. But having great posture can also cause you to look slimmer… instantly! So not only will walking help you lose actual pounds, it will also amplify the effect by creating an illusion that makes you look even slimmer.

So there you have it. You can get incredible changes from this simple activity. It will do wonders for your health and fat loss efforts. Plus, it quickly becomes an enjoyable part of your day that you look forward to.

One way to make walking even more fun is to go with a friend. It makes the time pass by so much quicker. So when you share this article with your friends, they might even want to come walking with you!
