If you don’t want to make an investment, there are usually places where you can rent bikes but no matter what you do, riding bikes with your family is a GREAT way to spend your time together. Bonus: you can discover new parts of your hometown!
Teach Your Kids Salsa

Dancing around is one of my absolutely favorite ways to work out and you can get your kids in on it, too, if you teach them how to do some classic Latin dances. Salsa, merengue, bachata, anything that will get you and them shaking your bom-boms!
Start Jumping Rope

Burn the most amount of calories together by engaging in a regular game of jump rope. It’s so much fun if you get together, then take turns coming up with fun new ways and just jump-jump-jump for a while.
Walking in The Park

The easiest exercise to do with your kids is a simple walk in the park. Go somewhere that you haven’t been in a while (or ever!), and spend a couple of hours just relaxing and walking around for an hour. Spend that time catching up and enjoying your time together, even as you burn calories.
