Can these new jeans make you lose weight without exercise?

I've heard of some crazy weight loss methods lately, like the weight loss perfume that I definitely think is total BS. Now I think I've heard the one that tops all of that: weight loss jeans!

Apparently a few companies are coming out with jeans that are supposed to help you actually lose weight without doing any kind of exercise. Um, I don't know about you but that kind of sounds AMAZING–and definitely way too good to be true.

According to Refinery29.com, these new lazy weight loss brands of jeans are mostly around $80 and promise to "reduce the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks by promoting cell growth, collagen and elastin."

At least that's what one brand, Mohicano Jeans, promises with the aloe vera, vitamin E, amino acids and enzymes that are woven right into its fabric. Supposedly, after wearing these jeans for 15 days, your "skin's hydration should increase by 11.5%" and they'll last through 40 washes.

So, let me get this straight, I have to wear the same pair of jeans for 15 days in a row? To be honest, that sounds pretty gross to me. I don't even like rewearing a shirt more than once, but two whole weeks in the same pants? No, thanks. And I'm not sure that I buy that a pair of jeans is going to help me lose weight–at least, not without eating healthier and exercising–which is really the only way to achieve weight loss!
