Have you ever tried one of those shake weight devices? I have and I admit it: I looked just as ridiculous in those commercials as the people did. For me it was curiosity that finally made me reach for one in a novelty store and I still can't believe just how suggestive they look. I don't care what the commercial says about it being a better way to get rid of arm jiggle. The only jiggling that's going on is the one in your boobs. That's why I was SO surprised (and just as giggly) when I read that there's a new exercise device that looks just like a shake weight–but for your rear end!

The device comes straight out of Korea and I can't even imagine using it. Doesn't it just look kind of…well, awkward? It's supposed to be emulating riding a horse, but can ANYONE actually look at this thing and not imagine…something else? It can't possibly be just me that thinks this looks just a little bit funny. Um, seriously? Ride horses in front of my TV? Riiight, that's EXACTLY what comes to mind when I see this workout. I don't think I could ever possibly try this one, as much as I would enjoy to know what it feels like to, um, ride a horse while watching TV. I guess you never know what can help you lose weight and tone up, but in this case I think I'll just pass.
