If you aren't lacing up those sneakers by the end of reading this, then you're doing a real disservice to yourself—and your family! Don't you think your family wants you to be healthy and live longer, too? I know I sure do! I am getting back to running and I am doing it TODAY. The study, which was just presented at the EuroPRevent2012 conference in Dublin, Ireland, tracked 20,000 men and women between the ages of 20 to 93 since 1976.
