So, here's my goal: Lose 20 pounds total. Even at 135, I felt like I could stand to lose 5 more pounds so I'm going to aim for 130. I also want to tone up my arms and my thighs and get rid of this cute little tire I have become so close with that's hanging out around my lower abdomen.

The most important thing for me right now is to set a realistic goal that I can actually achieve, so that I am motivated to keep going. For the next month, I'd like to lose 5 pounds and keep them off.
