The apartment that Kanye West once owned in New York City is on the market again. The 2,427-square-foot apartment that he and wife Kim Kardashian used to call home whenever they visited the Big Apple is on sale for $4.7 million one year after the rapper sold it to its current owner. The one-bedroom pad is located in downtown Manhattan, in the trendy SoHo neighborhood.
The place is located at the SoHo 25 Condominium Building at 25 West Houston Street. Kanye purchased the apartment in 2005 and then a year later bought the apartment adjacent to it to create one massive unit. The couple stayed at the residence whenever they visited New York with their family, but it seems like a one-bedroom stopped making sense once their family started growing.
