After he was formally charged with manslaughter, Mexican actor Pablo Lyle continues to be under house arrest in a luxe Miami building, located in the exclusive Brickell area, where many celebs and business execs live. It's in that sort of golden cage that Lyle has been living since April 9, when he started his at-home arrest after spending the night in jail and getting an electronic ankle monitor, all following the death of the man he allegedly hit during a road-rage incident.

We don't know exactly what type of apartment Lyle has in the building, but even if it were one of the biggest, he's still locked up in it. It is not clear either if he has permission to use the building's amenities, but at least the views, both the ocean views and the city views, are spectacular and should help Lyle keep his spirits up.
The truth is that whether or not you think Pablo Lyle is guilty of the charge of manslaughter, he still hasn't been tried. Which, speaking of, no date has yet been set for his trial, which is why we have no idea how long he'll be under house arrest. And since it's possible he may be there a while, at least it's a beautiful place.

The building is called Brickell Townhouse.
It's located on the east coast of Biscayne Bay. On the other side is Miami Beach.
It's a huge construction.
The buliding is 22 floors, with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and all different types of views.
The entrance has a circular drive.
Without a doubt, it must have proved useful when trying to escape the media and paparazzi.
The entryway area of the building is beyond luxe.
The marble floor and wood-clad columns give it a beautiful and sophisticated look.
Here's a view of the pool from one of the apartments.
The recreation areas in the building are beautiful.
The views are pretty spectacular.
We don't know exactly which way Pablo Lyle's apartment faces, but many of the places have a view of Biscayne Bay.
The pool area has grills to barbecue.
It's a perfect place to enjoy the fresh air.
The building also has its own gym.
Like many upscale highrise buildings, this one has its own gym facilities. The machines look pretty updated and modern.
The common areas include a party room
This beautiful area is one of the common areas in the building, perfect for parties. Plus, it leads right into the pool.
Inside the building, there's a food store.
The store sells basics like milk, bread, fruit, sodas, juices, and wines. It also offers some prepared foods.
The lower floors must feel less like a jail than the upper ones.
Hopefully Pablo Lyle is in one of the lower floors of the building, because being indoors, even if a place like this one, must be really hard.
The mini library has to be useful at least to escape boredom.
Even though many people prefer movies or TV, after being inside so many days, Lyle will probably need some variety.
This is a balcony that faces the city.
Which view do you think is best? The city view or the one that faces Biscayne Bay?
The kids area will come in handy.
Pablo Lyle's kids with his wife, Ana Araujo, will probably visit him while he awaits trial and they can use the playground.
The kids can also enjoy this indoor space.
It's perfect for Miami afternoons, when there is almost always a big rainstorm.
The tennis courts are modern.
That purple turf is better for serious tennis players.
The hot tub looks incredible.
We don't know if Pablo Lyle can enjoy the amenities, but at least whoever is with him or visits him can de-stress in this special place.
Next to the building, there's a walking path.
That bench is in a great spot to relax and meditate.
Not just anyone can buy a place at this building.
Prices range from $260,000 for a one-bedroom to more than $840,000.
Pablo Lyle is renting, but that's not cheap either.
The most affordable apartment is a one-bedroom and costs, according to the floor on which it is and the view, between $1,800 and $2,650 a month. It's not cheap and since he doesn't have a date yet for his trial or the end of his stay at this apartment, who know how long Pablo Lyle will be able to be there. Such a complicated situation.
