The reggaetonero is undergoing some major changes in his life, including a divorce from ex Angélica Cruz and the purchase of some new real estate. Following the news of their split, Nicky traded in his family home for a new bachelor pad that is absolutely gorgeous.
Located at 240 Palm Avenue, the area is known for its tranquility and the privacy it offers its residents. The home, which was created by Sabal Development, has five bedrooms and four full baths, plus a powder room. It also has a gorgeous infinity pool in the backyard that is perfect for the hot Florida weather. Nicky's new digs are located in a prime area between Miami Beach and Downtown Miami, which gives him direct access to all the best things the city has to offer.

Nicky purchased the home for a cool $3.4 million, with the help of listing agent Mathieu Rochette of Compass Florida. The home boasts a total of 3,617 square feet and a two-car garage, and the modern design is absolutely worth every penny the "X" rapper spent. The mansion features a fully equipped chef's kitchen and the three upstairs bedrooms come with a walk-in closet.
The reggaetonero and his ex-wife put their previous house up for sale for $2.4 million in June before he purchased his new home–and he's now ready to live it up in their new paradise.
