
No doubt about it, Guillermo del Toro is living his best life. The Mexican-born director, won Oscars for Best Director and Best Picture this year for his film The Shape of Water and just signed a deal with Fox Searchlight Pictures to write, produce and/or direct live-action feature films.
Not only is he movin' on up, he's also movin' on out of his Agoura Hills, California mansion, so let's take a look through it while we can.

Guillermo bought the place in 2010 for $1.6 million and if he sells it for the $2.195 million he's asking for, then cha ching!
