Ah, it must be fabulous to be Selena Gomez. Think about it: She's talented, beautiful, successful and can buy and sell multi-million dollar homes like it's no big thang. Yup, the soon-to-be 25-year-old pop princess has bought and sold more homes in her short life than most people do in their entire lives. Case in point: she just bought a home in North Hollywood for over $2 million (which we can't wait to show you pictures of) and she currently has a home on the market in Texas for $3 million. That's right, Selena is in a place financially where she doesn't have to wait for one home to sell before she can buy another one. Good for her! Now, let's take a tour of her newest home, shall we?

Her new casita is kinda modest.

Kinda modest compared to other celebrity homes, of course. Especially, considering that The Weeknd, Selena's current beau, just bought a place in Hidden Hills, California for almost $20 million. Selena comes up looking straight up frugal in comparison.
The place has a welcoming vibe going on.

It's the kind of place where you feel like you could sit down, relax and chill for a bit. You might even forget you are in the home of a celebrity.
There's a roomy office.

This office space will surely be put to good use by Selena and her team. It can't be easy running a career like hers.
Fireplaces are ready and waiting.

It's not like L.A. is known for being cold, but there are two fireplaces in the 3,188 square foot home ready and waiting to warm things up just in case.
The kitchen is a dream.

Isn't it stunning? The place was built in 1951, but as you can see from this fully remodeled kitchen, it has been updated.
The dining area isn't fussy at all.

It's big enough to host a gathering, but is chill enough that you could see yourself eating there in PJs.
Also, so much natural light.

When the curtains are drawn, you can see out into the backyard/garden area on two sides.
Enjoy wine while you dine.

A place to store vino within easy reach of the dining area is key.
There are four bedrooms.

OK, so the main house has three bedrooms and there is a detached guesthouse-like structure with another bedroom.
The backyard is carne asada friendly.

Check out the grill! That beauty is perfect for hosting a carne asada BBQ.
Of course it has a pool.

Uh, isn't it a prerequisite or some kind of ordinance that celebrity homes in L.A. have to have a pool?
And it also has a shaded area for cuddles.

Can't you just picture Selena and The Weeknd canoodling in this shaded patio area after a dip in the pool?
Only one question remains.

Whose place do you think the couple will spend the most time at? Selena's modest by celebrity standards pad or The Weeknd's $20 million estate?
