Try these 2 tequila cockatils that are WAY better than a blah margarita

Tequila cocktails are really underrated and a little unknown. I don't really mean margarita, that is definitely the quintessential tequila drink, but there are so many more to indulge in that I'm sure you've never heard about. Tequila's flavor is so versatile and distinct, it mixes well with even the most complex of ingredients. Take for example the two drinks I'm going to share: the Gavilán and the Jalisco Express, both courtesy of our friends at Tres Agaves and developed by master mixologist Alex Valencia of La Contenta restaurant in New York City. So delicious! Now that BBQ season is near—and yes, Cinco de Mayo is coming up this week too!—feel free to indulge with some tequilita cocktails. ¡Salud!
