In November of 2015, Selena Gomez bought this incredible mansion in North Texas, where she was born, so she could spend more time with family. The place is incredible, as you will see, which makes you wonder why Selena is selling it. Is it because she's too busy spending time with The Weeknd to make it out to Texas much? Nah, it's more like she's a victim of her own success, which isn't a bad problem to have. According to Ashley Cook, Selena's real estate agent and friend, "She is so busy, she ended up only spending holidays there. Her work schedule takes her all over the place. But she really loved hanging out with her family in that media room." Wait, until you see that media room!

You could buy the place at a discount.
Selena bought the place for $3.5M and is now selling it for $2.9M, which is sort of a steal if you are super rich. You do get a lot for your money, though.
The mansion is in a posh neighborhood.
The home is in a gated community, the Montserrat area of Fort Worth, on 1.56 acres. Look at the gorgeous stone path leading up to the home. Stunning!
The kitchen is GINORMOUS.
So much space. The appliances are of course the kind that professional chefs would want in their homes.
The island is a dream.
Islands can sometimes make kitchens look crowded, but this kitchen has so much room to work with that the island in the center is perfection.
The place has excellent flow.
The place has a light and airy feeling to it because the rooms all seem to flow into each other.
Vaulted ceilings and a stairway to heaven.
There are vaulted ceilings galore to admire in the 10,016 square feet of the place and a warm wooden staircase leading up to the second floor.
Pink velvet seating may or may not be included.
Do you think those chairs come with the home? The fun punch of pink is delightful.
Chandelier lighting is available.
What's wonderful about this home is that it has so many lovely high-end details like this beautiful lighting fixture without being stuffy or feeling uptight.
The living room area is chill.
Looks like the kind of place where you wouldn't be afraid to lay back and relax.
Let's talk about the bedrooms.
There are five bedrooms total. The first floor has two master suites and a guest room. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms.
What about bathrooms?
Thank you for asking. No need to fight over bathroom time here because there are six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. So many choices.
Check out the color on the walls.
That color makes the room pop. Do you think Selena had the room painted that color?
The office needs help.
It's looking pretty boringsville in the office area right now, but it has potential.
This room was love at first sight for Selena.
“The media room won me over the minute I walked in,” Gomez said in a release. It is a pretty lovable room.
Players are welcome here.
Is this room for reals? A pool table, a bar and a jukebox. Why would anyone ever leave this home?
This is a salt water pool, thank you very much.
Water slide, spa and salt water pool are available 24/7.
The place comes with a doorman, but not a cabana boy.
You can't have such a lovely pool without a cabana. The listing shows that one of the features included when you buy the property is a doorman. Sadly, no mention of a cabana boy is made. Perhaps, the doorman will moonlight.
Tennis or basketball, anyone?
The grounds include so many opportunities for outdoor fun.
Look at the size of that court!
Maintenance on this place must be pretty expensive. Someone's gotta keep the place and grounds looking this great.
There's even space to putter around.
How darling is this putting green? The answer is: VERY.
