Kylie Jenner is not even 18 yet and she already has the perfect pad to celebrate her newfound adult freedom. The youngest Kardashian sister purchased a lavish $2.7 million mansion in her hometown of Calabasas, California. The irony is that Kylie is still too young to even pop champagne in honor of this milestone. Honestly, I would have pushed her to get a college education before dropping so much money on a mansion. Why does someone her age need so much independence anyway? She clearly doesn't have a Latina mom. Wait until you see what the house looks like!

The lavish Calabasas home has an eclectic Spanish architecture that's beautiful inside and out. The home includes five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Wait until you see the inside!
Kitchen
I doubt the 17-year-old knows her way around a kitchen, but she has a top of the line one to entertain guests. I hope she picks up cooking with a kitchen this amazing!
Living room
I'm sure Jenner will do lots of lounging in this spacious living room space! I love the casual decor and high ceilings. How is life fair when a 17-year-old's pad looks better than yours?
Sitting area
This is my favorite room in the house! The French windows are a dream and add beautiful natural light to the chic space. That chandelier is also a winner!
Dining room
I don't know how many formal dinner parties Kylie plans on throwing, but this is the perfect space to make it happen. I love the light fixtures and wooden floors.
The office
Will Kylie do any studying in this office space? Probably not, but it's still pretty cool to have when you're a teen going on 30. The red walls add a dramatic touch and pop of color that I love.
The bedroom
This is just one of five bedrooms the youngest Kardashian sister has. It looks like she needs more furniture to add, but it's a great space to work with!
The bathroom
Kylie will probably spend a lot of time getting dolled up in this spacious bathroom. I would be spending most of my time in that tub!

Imagine hosting a summer barbecue in this backyard! Jenner isn't of legal drinking age to even enjoy a cold cerveza back here.

What a beauty! Jenner's pool includes rocks around the edge of the pool to give it a natural vibe.
