When Marc Anthony moves on he really means it! The salsero, who got hitched to Shannon de Lima in the fall, is officially done with the beautiful real estate property he shared with exes Dayanara Torres and Jennifer Lopez and with the Cali bachelor pad that saw who knows what during his single days. Marc has decided to sell his glamorous $12 million Long Island, New York mansion and his $2.8 million Encino, California home. His houses are truly one of a kind, but I can see why he's bidding farewell to them. His new wife probably isn't too fond of the idea of sharing a home he used to live in with his two exes … and one that was his single pad.

Marc conveniently listed his west coast home just a few days after getting secretly hitched to the Venezuelan beauty. Is it a coincidence? I think not! Especially when he's also selling his east coast digs that he purchased in 2000, four years before he got married to J.Lo.
Marc originally shared that space with his first wife Dayanara. Once he got married to Jennifer, she redid the interior and they purchased the house adjacent as a guest room. Reportedly, J.Lo's mom Guadalupe moved into the five-bedroom guest home when she first gave birth to Max and Emme.
WOW! His houses sure have a lot of history. I don't blame him for getting rid of the spaces and starting fresh. Check out both beautiful properties and live the lavishness for yourself!

The Long Island home entrance
The majestic 1940's colonial-style home is pure perfection! It was reportedly restored by famous designer Thom Filicia. Look at all of those windows! That porch would also be amazing to people watch.
The office
I'm sure Marc and J.Lo held important business meetings in this lovely room made out of mahogany wood. Working from home wouldn't be bad at all here!
The hallway
They kept the original beautiful moldings and added a contemporary touch with the art deco ceiling lamp. Just lovely!
The staircase
The spiral staircase leads to the enchanting master bedroom and additional guest rooms. I would feel like a queen coming down these stairs!
Master bathroom
The master bedroom features a cozy fireplace and plenty of space to lounge around. It's simple, clean and romantic. Can you believe there are nine more bedrooms in the house?!
The dressing room
The fancy dressing room attached to the bathroom is bigger than my living room! I'm in love with the decor. I wonder if J.Lo had a hand in the interior design. It certainly looks like it!
The attic
This is not your typical dusty attic! The end of the room has exposed brick, which gives a nice contrast to the white walls. Call the broker!
Movie theater
Going to a crowded theater has never been my personal favorite. Living in this house would be a dream! Just head down stairs and pop a movie in.
The studio
Marc didn't even have to leave his house to record all of those hits. I wonder which tracks he made from this room. Perhaps "Valió la pena" when he and J.Lo were still in love.
The recording room
Whoever owns this house can head to the recording room and drop some melodies and beats. Lucky, lucky!
The California home: poolside
The Spanish-style mansion has a totally different vibe from Marc's east coast compound. This lavish home includes six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Breathtaking!
The bar area
Why go to a crowded club or bar when you could just invite your friends to your own outdoor bar area? My friends would never want to leave!
The living room
Hosting a family visit would be amazing in this space! The decor seems a bit masculine, but I can add my own feminine touch.
The master bedroom
The master suite includes a fireplace, flat-screen television and a spa in the adjacent room. I'm in love!
Master bathroom
The marble staircase adds an elegant look to this spacios and relaxing spa area. I bet Marc is never stressed!
The kitchen
Marc probably has his staff prepare is favorite dishes in this remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Can you imagine cooking in this beauty?
Kids' room
This is probably where Max and Emme hung out and played when visiting their dad. With five other bedrooms, I'm sure they didn't have to share!
