Whole Foods Market Recipes
If you’re striving to eat healthier without compromising taste then the Whole Foods site and app are for you! Their app allows you to search for a recipe by ingredients or dietary restrictions. In the “On Hand” section, you can put in up to three ingredients that you have in your kitchen to find what dish you can make with them.
Foodily
Like most Latinas, I love sharing my favorite recipes with family and friends. Foodily claims to be the world’s largest social recipe network with 2 million recipes that you can search, collect and share for FREE. You can also keep track of the recipes you love and follow experts and world-renowned chefs. I also have their app.
Recetas de la Nona
I love the wide selection of Latin American and Mediterranean recipes that are featured on this site. The expert contributors make the recipes easy to follow and cook. Here’s an example of a veggie side dish recipe that I cooked for my family last week and they absolutely loved it.
DrinksMixer
This site has a huge collection of mixed drink recipes. You can search for every imaginable drink and some of the recipes have step-by-step instructions on video like this one for Mojito.
DIYFood
If you and your family are into discovering and trying new foods, ingredients and flavors then this site is for you! Most of the recipes are inspired by celebrity Chef Susan Feniger and other chefs and restaurateurs. I recently made this awesome appetizer, which combines the staple gringo with the Latina ingredients into one delicious and memorable appetizer. My guests loved them! Get the recipe here.
