Have you ever thought to utilize the space on the inside of your cabinet doors? Pick up some PVC piping at the hardware store and attach it to the sink by your vanity with a few screws and you'll have everything you need for a fly 'do at the ready. Reminds me of how hair dryers are stored in hotels–very convenient.

I'm pretty sure I'm heading out to pick up some adhesive hooks right now. Only a genius could think of something this simple but absolutely perfect. Attaching adhesive hooks to the inside doors of your cabinets to hang your beauty tools from keeps everything neat, organized, out of sight and easily accessible, with the most minimal of effort.

I absolutely love the idea of using a wire file box to store heat tools, since you can throw them in even before they cool completely off (as long as you let the cords hang outside for a bit). You'll never have to go digging around to find what you're looking for since the box is see through. Plus, this actually looks pretty chic despite being out in the open.

How cute is this vase filled with makeup brushes? It's a really smart way to keep those brushes organized and dust-free. And it actually looks sort of stylish in a beauty junkie kind of way.

Makeup organization

This idea for organizing makeup is GREAT. It works great if you don't have that much makeup or if you do, use it to keep the makeup you use most within reach and organized. It's basically a metal board that you use as your canvas for your makeup. All you have to do is buy some self-adhesive magnetic strips or sheets that you can cut and adhere to the back of the makeup tubs and compacts and that's it! Just put them up on the board and keep them within sight and within reach.
