This refreshing drink is one I love to make for my guests. I typically make double the amount to serve a crowd, but it's usually gone so fast, next time… I'm making triple the amount!
__Agua fresca: cucumber, mint and lemon
__Serves: 4
Ingredients
3 medium sized cucumbers
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 bunch of mint
agave syrup
Directions
1. Cut the ends of the cucumbers (discard of the ends), then cut the cucumbers in a few pieces each and put them in the blender. Blend well for about 1 minute.
2. Add lemon juice.
3. Add mint.
4. Add agave syrup to taste.
5. Blend for another minute.
