You can blame my mother for how much I love Easter baskets. I adore them and the idea of them because my childhood was filled with so many great Easter baskets. Now, my mom would get the store-bought kind and I'm not knocking them at all because there are some great options out there, but I love the idea of putting together individualized or personalized baskets. There are so many clever DIY Easter basket ideas floating around that I cannot resist toying with the idea of making my kids their very own one of a kind basket. Wait until you see some of the wonderful Easter basket ideas I found.

Buckets of fun!

You can totally buy this beach treats bucket or you can easily make your own version. I love this idea because it is beyond easy and the bucket and shovel will get used long after the treats are gone.
Soda bottle upcyle

We don't drink soda in our home except for the occasional Mexican Coke that I sneak sometimes, but I know many families do. If your family has empty plastic soda bottles, you can have your kids make Easter baskets out of them. Clever way to reuse and upcycle what would otherwise be wasted.
Bunny basket

This adorable bunny Easter basket made out of paper plates makes me want to throw an Easter party so that I can make a ton of them and give them out as party favors.
Use your head!

I love this idea by troxelhelmets of using a helmet as an Easter basket. You could go all out and include a skateboard with it too and make some kid extremely happy on Easter morning.
Washi tape baskets

Washi tape comes in so many fun colors and patterns and it lets you prettify just about anything. You can use washi tape to turn cans or plastic bottles into Easter baskets.
Beer basket

I had to include this idea because it cracks me up. Obviously, it is only for the 21 and over crowd. A beer Easter basket with snacks that go well with beer. Make sure to card the recipient.
