Pick me up strawberry & coconut smoothie (RECIPE)

Tell me this strawberrysmoothie is not totally calling your name! It's low in calories but totally full of flavor. I love it mid-morning as a snack to pick me up before lunch time. My kids are also addicted to it and love it as an after-school snack. Try it and let me know how much you liked it!

Ingredients
Serves one

3/4 cup of frozen strawberries (slightly thawed)
2 tablespoons of low fat coconut milk 
1 teaspoon lemon juice 
Ice
Toasted coconut flakes

Directions:
Add all ingredients, except for the ice cubes and the toaste coconut, to a blender and pulse until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend until smoothie consistency is achieved.
