I cannot believe Thanksgiving is in two days. Besides Christmas, this is my favorite holiday. I love it because of its meaning (counting our blessings and being thankful), because it's a non-religious holiday that we ALL celebrate in this country, and also for the food that, as an immigrant, helped me to better understand and embrace this country and its history.
