Thanksgiving recipes: Super easy sweet potato & marshmallow casserole (EXCLUSIVE VIDEO)

Sweet potatoes with marshmallows casserole
Makes 8 servings

__ingredients
__5 sweet potatoes, rinsed with their skin4 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of orange juice
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 package of mini marshmallows

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. On a baking sheet covered with foil, bake the potatoes for an hour, until tender when pierced with a fork.

3. Make a lengthwise incision in the sweet potatoes and scoop them with a spoon. Discard the skin.

4. Puree the sweet potatoes and add the butter, brown sugar, orange juice and cinnamon. Combine well.

5. Spread evenly and top with the marshmallows.

6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown
