Pumpkin Spice Latte
Makes 2 cups
__Ingredients
__2 teaspoons of pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, plus a pinch for sprinkling before serving
¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
1 pinch of allspice
1 pinch of ground cloves
1 pinch of ground nutmeg
1 cup of freshly brewed black coffee
1 cup of warm skim milk
Sugar to taste
Whipped cream
Preparation
1. On the mugs where you'll serve the coffee, divide the pumpkin puree, vanilla and powdered spices and mix well.
2. Add the coffee and sugar and mix well.
3. Add milk and mix.
4. Top with whipped cream and dust with ground cinnamon.
