The best part about this amazing mac and cheese is that it's very easy to make. Just cook the pasta, mix some flour with milk, heat and melt the cheese into the hot milk. Once the cheese sauce is ready, mix it with the pasta and bake for 15 minutes, until the top is golden brown. And, voila! Perfection.

Since this is one of those recipes that I make especially for my children, I like to bake the pasta in individual ramekins. Then I serve it with broccoli and some sausage and dinner is done!
Classic mac and cheese
Makes 4 portions
__Ingredients
__4 cups cooked elbow macaroni
3 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of flour
3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Make the sauce...
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Pour the milk on a pot and add the flour. Combine until the flour dissolves.
Add the cheese...
Add the cheese and simmer, stirring constantly.
Cook...
Once the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy, turn off the heat and add salt to taste.
Have the pasta ready...
Put the cooked pasta in a bowl.
Add the cheese sauce...
Pour the sauce over the pasta and combine.
Pour in individual baking molds...
Evenly distribute the mac and cheese in individual ramekins.
Bake and serve...
Bake for 15 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
