Don't tell me this pizza doesn't look delicious! It also has half the calories of a regular pizza because the dough has only one tablespoon of olive oil and is very thin. It also has fresh goat cheese instead of mozzarella and additional protein is provided by the Serrano ham. But the real interesting part comes from the mixing of the sweet with the fig jam and the interesting taste the arugula provides. I hope you like my recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients for 2 medium pizzas
__Ingredients:
__1 no kneading pizza dough recipe (here I tell you how to make it), divided
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup fig jam
1/2 cup fresh goat cheese
8 slices of jamón serrano or prosciutto
4 cups of baby arugula leaves
Cornmeal (for the pizza peeler)
Preheat the oven
The first thing to do is to preheat a pizza stone for half an hour in an oven at 425°F. If you don't have a pizza stone, you can bake your pizza on a pizza or cookie sheet.
Roll out the dough...
On a floured surface, with a roller, extend the dough and place it on the pizza peel. Evenly distribute the tomato sauce.
Add the fig jam and the goat cheese
With a spoon put some fig jam over the dough. Evenly distribute the goat cheese. If like me you like sweet and savory, you'll love this pizza.
To the oven...
Carefully place the pizza over the pizza stone. Bake for 12 minutes. Take the pizza out of the oven and let cool down for 5 minutes.
