Memorial Day Menu: Refreshing grilled peach mojito! (EXCLUSIVE RECIPE)

__This cocktail is originally named after Georgia, where the sweetest peaches reach their peak during the summer. It is a sublime concoction made of rum and grilled peaches muddled with lime juice, brown sugar, and fresh basil leaves. Grilling peaches lead me straight to the wonders of grilling all different kinds of fruit, and the enhanced flavor that you get from it is something I can't get enough of. In my book, that's just another great reason to raise our glasses and celebrate!

The recipe below makes one serving. A good thing to try when making a drink such as this one (sweet, refreshing and that includes some fresh fruit as an ingredient) is making a virgin version for the kids. In that case I would substitute either soda or sparkling water for the rum. I hope you like it! Cheers and happy beginning of 2013 BBQ season!
