This superb colorful cocktail was featured some time ago on ABC show Good Morning America's website. Its creator is Darryl Robinson, a chef passionate for innovative gourmet cocktail-making and the host of Drink Up on the Cooking Channel. Darryl is best known as Dr. Mixologist. This cocktail proves why he's hailed a master and I think this drink will make the perfect concoction for Valentine's Day–it's delicious, pretty, and, well, is delicious enough to impress him!
The Coquette
Ingredients for 1 cocktail
2 oz. of Santa Teresa 1796 – Ron Antiguo de Solera
6 raspberries
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. agave syrup
Directions:
Muddle the raspberries and shake with the rest of the ingredients. Pour in a short glass with ice cubes. Garnish with a raspberry skewer.
