Happy International Hot & Spicy Food Day!
That's right. Today is all about celebrating hot and spicy food. Funny enough, we already celebrated this national holiday a few months ago, but toda is the international version of the spicy food celebration–and I love that we can double up this year! I know that not all Latinos love spicy food (I certainly didn't grow up with it!), but it's definitely something that we can appreciate now.
