Okay, I swear I'm not JUST going to include Puerto Rican recipes for our 12 Days of Christmas recipes series but I couldn't let you guys miss out on this one. In fact, I've been drinking coquito for weeks now. My first tasting of it was my friend Alejandra Ramos' coquito recipe and I just haven't stopped enjoying the coconut eggnog-like cocktail since.

The traditional coquito recipe in the video below is made with egg yolks, rum, coconut milk, coconut cream, sweet condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmet and cloves. There are definitely other variations but, no matter how you make it, it's definitely a crowd pleaser. If you haven't made it yet this year, then start it NOW! It's a recipe that you'll just absolutely love. Just don't serve it to the kids, haha.
